One accountable service
Qualified specialists where the work requires them
Optim Energy owns the customer scope, BMS audit, Optim EOS assessment and configuration, coordination, commissioning, data quality and acceptance. Where a whole-building professional energy audit must be independent or formally certified, it remains the responsibility of an appropriately qualified independent auditor. Regulated installation and specialist engineering work remain with the relevant qualified professionals.
The relationship continues after commissioning through agreed monitoring, investigation, Optim EOS maintenance, tuning, support and upgrades. Connected customer plant remains with its competent maintainer unless explicitly included in the deployment.
