Diagnose

We begin with how your site operates, where the problem is felt and what a useful outcome would look like. Optim Energy carries out the BMS audit and Optim EOS assessment needed to define the deployment scope. Where a whole-building professional energy audit must be independent or formally certified, we coordinate an appropriately qualified independent auditor or specialist.

Design

Specify the minimum useful operating system

Optim Energy designs a system for your building or physical site, not a generic device bundle. Monitoring points, integrations, alerts, dashboards, data access and any suitable controls are shaped around the interfaces, priorities, safeguards and budget in scope.

From commissioning to measured improvement

Installation is the beginning of supported operation. The agreed system is verified, handed over and then refined using evidence from the site.

Connect the agreed system around site operations

Suitably qualified professionals install and verify the agreed devices and integrations. Alerts, data quality, control limits, fallback and overrides are commissioned before the relevant team is oriented and the system enters service.

Optim Energy monitors system performance, investigates agreed exceptions and supports ongoing improvement. Review cadence, alert routing and escalation arrangements are defined for each deployment, alongside Optim EOS hardware and software maintenance.

A supported system works best when everyone understands what is monitored, who can act and where specialist responsibility remains.

Clear operating boundaries

Compatible controls and automation are included only where authorised and agreed, with defined limits, safeguards, fallback and manual overrides. Connected customer plant remains with its competent maintainer unless it is explicitly included in the service scope.

Support defined for each site

Continuous system monitoring does not mean a staffed 24-hour response centre. Review frequency, investigated exceptions, alert routing and escalation are agreed for each deployment. Operational evidence can support compliance work but does not certify compliance or replace professional judgement.
